This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to information we collect from our current and potential wholesale business customers, including through our website www.Mavalerio.com or any of the websites, mobile applications, features, widgets, or other online services that are owned and operated by Mavalerio USA Inc. or its affiliates or subsidiaries (“Mavalerio,” “we”, “us” or “our”) and that include a link to this Mavalerio Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”) and to information we collect offline about our current and potential wholesale business customers. By accessing, using, or otherwise interacting with any part of the Site, you consent to this Privacy Policy and any additional applicable policies and terms you may agree to which govern your use of the Site. 1. General Audience Business Site

The Site is intended for a general audience and not intended for use by individuals younger than the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals younger than the age of 18.

2. The Information We Collect

• Embedded Scripts are programming code designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your device from our server or a third-party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Site, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
• Session Interactions: We may record through session replay technology your interactions with the Site, such as what pages you visit on the Site, how long you visit those pages, and any links you click or information you provide. Our Site contains links to other sites whose privacy and information practices may be different from ours. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. Mavalerio is a United States company.  Please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, or providing us with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing, usage, sharing, and storage of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions, for which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen. As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States and other countries according to laws in those jurisdictions.

Mavalerio takes commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect online and to help prevent unauthorized access to such information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Mavalerio cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our Site, and you provide information at your own risk. You use the Site and provide us with information at your own initiative and risk.

We may also provide notice to you in other ways in our discretion, such as sending a notice to you via email if you have provided us with an email address, and provide you with the ability to opt-in or opt-out of the changes if required by law.
